**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret blueprints and follow project specifications
- Measure, cut, and install framing components including studs, joists, and rafters
- Assemble and erect structural frameworks using hand and power tools
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all framing tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a framer in residential and/or commercial construction
- Proficiency in using framing tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Salary**: $22.00-$38.00 per hour
