**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate in a timely manner with technicians/ OEM’s
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions
- Assist techs to setup laptops and troubleshoot
- Help trainees to develop practical skills and knowledge by providing hands-on training
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technological trends and developments
- Prepare and implement training strategies and schedules
- Evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback and assistance to improve their technical understanding
- Manage training resources and equipment, ensuring all items are in working order and ready for use in training sessions
- Prepare course materials and instructional aids for training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Provide feedback and guidance to trainees to enhance their understanding.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing trainee records, tracking progress, and handling logistics for training sessions.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various departments.
- Create engaging training materials using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Blackboard.
- Facilitate training sessions both in-person and online, ensuring participants understand key concepts.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
- Manage training projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met and objectives achieved.
- Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) content, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible for all employees.
- Provide ongoing support and education to staff post-training to reinforce learning outcomes.

**Skills**:

- Strong writing and communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in training development and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking progress and managing course content.
- Ability to create engaging content that enhances learning experiences.
- Familiarity with Adobe Captivate for developing interactive training modules.
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- A passion for educating others and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- instructional design: 1 year (preferred)
