**Qualifications**

We're looking for experienced Branch Managers who can lead a team and provide excellent customer service. To qualify, you should have:

- 3+ years of management experience in a small or start-up branch office, retail or financial services
- 5+ years of experience working with customers and solving their problems
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience coaching, training, and developing a team

**Responsibilities**

As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the success of your branch. You should have strong financial knowledge and be able to:

- Manage your time and priorities effectively
- Go above and beyond to serve customers
- Work well with others and adapt to change
- Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations
- Analyze financial data and branch performance
- Develop partnerships to grow the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Retention bonus

Work Location: One location
