The Ktchn at Braestone Club is currently seeking an enthusiastic, team centric, experienced Bartender to join our team.
JOB TITLE
Bartender
JOB PURPOSE
To provide excellent customer service and enhance the overall dining experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mix and serve beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, using an extensive range of ingredients.
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and pairing.
- Create unique beverage options to compliment menu specials and seasonality.
- Provide table service if required.
- Keep the bar area clean and well stocked before and after shift.
- Attractively arranging bottles and glassware.
- Track spillage and usage.
- Organize bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
- Maintain a full fridge and clean space, including ensuring empties are disposed of properly.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for our guests.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Previous training and experience as a bartender.
- Food Service Handler’s certificate required.
- Smart Serve certificate required.
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- May be required to work a rotating schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- First Aid Certificate an asset.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Successful reference and background check.

Full Time
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Frequent bending, walking, and standing over an 8-hour shift.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Work inside and outside in varying temperatures (patio).
