**Your Opportunity**:
In this position, the dietitian will work with home care clients residing in their own homes, lodges or supportive living facilities in the community and surrounding area of Camrose. Clients are predominantly adults and will present with a variety of problems that may include: cancer, diabetes, obesity, malnutrition, dysphagia, open wounds. Close collaboration with multiple health professionals and family members is required to ensure appropriate provision of nutrition therapy.

**Description**:
As a Dietitian I, you may provide nutrition expertise to patients (clients, residents) in various AHS facilities and community settings to achieve nutrition and health outcomes. You may be responsible for nutrition assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of nutrition care plans. You may plan and provide public health nutrition services and education programs to promote healthy living and disease prevention for clients/groups in facilities or community settings. Nutrition education is provided to students and other healthcare professionals to support delivery of evidence based nutrition information.

**Required Qualifications**:
