**Résumé des fonctions**

L’agent ou l’agente Vrac gère la distribution quotidienne du matériel ferroviaire vide auprès des expéditeurs des États-Unis et du Canada, dans le contexte de la chaîne d’approvisionnement du CN. La personne titulaire de ce poste fait appel à des intervenants de la chaîne d’approvisionnement afin d’équilibrer les demandes de matériel et de préserver la fluidité du trafic, tout en recherchant une utilisation optimale des actifs.

**Principales responsabilités**

Gestion du parc et de la fluidité du trafic
- Effectuer la répartition hebdomadaire du matériel du CN de manière à optimiser l’exécution des demandes de matériel et la vitesse d’acheminement
- Surveiller la circulation des wagons vides et des wagons chargés afin de maintenir la fluidité du réseau et d’éviter l’engorgement dans les terminaux
- Collaborer avec l’équipe Activités sur le terrain et les autres intervenants pour améliorer la circulation, s’il y a lieu
- Collaborer avec l’équipe afin d’établir les priorités relatives aux exceptions touchant les clients et d’assurer la gestion et la communication de ces dernières
- Collaborer avec des intervenants internes et externes et se concentrer sur un modèle de chaîne d’approvisionnement complète afin de communiquer clairement les exceptions et de repérer les occasions d’amélioration et de contribution supplémentaire grâce à une réduction des coûts et une augmentation des produits d’exploitation
- Comprendre et utiliser les indicateurs de performance clés afin de confirmer la taille du parc du client, les prévisions et les longs séjours des wagons sur le réseau du CN et hors de celui-ci
- Surveiller les indicateurs de performance clés afin de déterminer les mesures correctives à prendre pour maximiser l’utilisation
- Interagir avec l’équipe régionale, les planificateurs, le Marketing, l’équipe du réseau et l’équipe Prestation de services afin de promouvoir la productivité et l’optimisation des wagons de particuliers
- Interagir quotidiennement avec les clients du CN par téléphone, par courriel et lors de conférences téléphoniques

Relations avec la clientèle
- Interagir avec les clients (p ex., expéditeurs, terminaux de déchargement, tierces parties) pour établir les plans d’acheminement, revoir les demandes prévues et régler les problèmes courants
- Entretenir des relations de travail positive

Fiches d’évaluation et analyse
- Établir des statistiques et recueillir des informations afin d’élaborer des fiches spécifiques aux clients ainsi que des rapports sur la chaîne d’approvisionnement
- Déterminer les aspects à améliorer
- Diffuser l’information sur les indicateurs de performance auprès des utilisateurs internes et externes

Conditions de travail

Ce poste prévoit des conditions de travail standard dans un bureau et un horaire de travail modifié du dimanche au jeudi. En raison de la nature du poste, la personne doit être en mesure de respecter des échéanciers serrés, de faire face à la pression et de gérer le stress.

Expérience

Agent ou agente Vrac
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience de travail pertinente dans le domaine ferroviaire
- Expérience des logiciels Microsoft Excel, Word, Business Objects et Access

Formation, certification et désignation
- Diplôme d’études secondaires

- Collaborer avec les principaux intervenants internes pour augmenter la productivité
- Utiliser le raisonnement analytique pour faire des recommandations en vue d’obtenir une performance durable
- Prendre des décisions éclairées en temps opportun afin que les tâches soient exécutées
- Communiquer des renseignements pertinents au sein de toutes les fonctions afin que les tâches soient exécutées efficacement
- Adopter en permanence une approche axée sur le client afin d’améliorer l’expérience client
