We are looking for a Foreman to run a multi-unit residential project. This is a long-term career opportunity with a lot of room for growth within our company.
- We are looking for someone with experience in running large projects and a crew.
- We provide excellent pay and benefits as well as a very nice company vehicle
- Pay will be dependent upon experience and is negotiable

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities of construction crew
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the construction process
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Manage project budgeting and cost control
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction crew members

**Skills**:

- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting and cost control for construction projects
- Strong supervisory skills to manage a construction crew effectively

**Salary**: $45.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
