_Junior Arborist Climber/Ground Crew Personnel _
**Job Description**:

- working with a team, climbing, pruning and removing trees on residential properties.
- opportunity exists to progress into Senior Arborist Climber or Crew Leader position.

Qualifications & Experience:

- One semester college arboriculture training and climbing experience required, including climbing experience without spurs, knowledge of knots and chainsaw operation.
- Person should enjoy outdoor work, and be in good physical health and have good mental alertness.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude are essential.
- Rural location so transportation is an asset. Housing is available
