**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an innovative Salon Manager / Guest Experience Expert with a genuine passion for beauty, leadership, and community engagement. This pivotal role requires a blend of creativity, organizational acumen, and an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Team Development**: Inspire, coach, and lead the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- **Social Media & Marketing**: Utilize strong social media skills to build brand awareness and engage with our community.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee staff scheduling, inventory control, and salon appearance to ensure seamless operations.
- **Customer Experience**: Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere, handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
- **Professional Growth**: Encourage and support continuous education and skill development within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the salon or beauty industry
- Exceptional social media and digital marketing skills
- Outstanding leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Positive thinker with a proactive approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.
