La principale fonction du Cariste OPS (support aux opérations) sera d’être en mesure de déplacer les palettes, d’aider à la préparation des périodes d’achalandages, d’aider aux fonctions touchant le contrôle d’inventaire et de traiter les anomalies.

**Ce poste sera responsable de..**- Imprimer, appliquer et numériser des étiquettes en utilisant le scanner RF;- Mettre en inventaire et réapprovisionner les zones de cueillette et de réserve;- Entrer des données dans le système de gestion d’inventaire au besoin;- Opérer de manière sécuritaire l’équipement de manutention (transpalette manuel ou électrique, chariot élévateur contrepoids à fourche et à pince, chariot à fourche rétractable et sélecteur de commandes);- Respecter en tout temps les procédures de sécurité;- Ajuster, corriger et maintenir à jour l’inventaire;- Gérer les différents rapports de contrôle d’inventaire (contrôle emballage, erreur de cueillette, anomalies);- Mise en localisation stratégique des produits pour une cueillette efficace;- Gérer les annulations de chaque cycle et s’assurer du bon fonctionnement de la cueillette;- Recevoir et effectuer des déplacements de produits afin de répondre aux exigences de la cédule;- Créer, modifier, supprimer ou prioriser des déplacements de produits;- Participer à l’amélioration de la performance et à l’augmentation de l’efficacité;- Manipuler et cueillir les produits avec VoCollect ou système WMS (SOGE) pour effectuer leur réception, expédition ou palettisation et ce, en fonction des besoins opérationnels;- Effectuer toutes autres tâches et responsabilités confiées par la direction.

**Expérience d'éducation**

**Exigences physiques et cognitives**
- Période de probation terminée avec succès chez FedEx Supply Chain;
- Excellent dossier de rendement et de sécurité dans sa fonction actuelle (aucune mesure disciplinaire quelconque et aucun problème d’absentéisme);
- Capacité à conduire de manière sécuritaire plusieurs types de chariot élévateur (incluant les chariots à fourches rétractables);
- Excellente connaissance du fonctionnement de notre centre de distribution (aires de travail, types d’activités);
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, avec le facteur de stress et à gérer les priorités;
- Sens de l’initiative et de l’organisation, autonomie, polyvalence et flexibilité;
- Souci de la qualité, de la précision et de la sécurité;
- Excellent esprit analytique;
- Bonnes habiletés d’écoute et de communication;
- Capacité de respecter les procédures et les délais;
- Connaissances informatiques approfondies (Manugistic, YardSmart, AOM, DCCS, IMS, Windows 2007, Suite Office);
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes;
- Orienté vers le service à la clientèle;
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en entrepôt;
- Expérience en contrôle d’inventaire (un atout);
- Bilinguisme (un atout).

- Capacité à additionner, soustraire, multiplier et diviser.
