Apartment Manager

**Apartment Building Manager - **Currently looking for a building manager to effectively see to the day to day operation of 24 unit walk up apartment in Athabasca, AB, with the goal of having clean, full, and well maintained buildings. We are seeking the following:
**Admin**:

- Collection of rent, recording and reporting of all transactions.
- Computer skills required

**Maintenance & Cleaning**:

- Thorough cleaning of all common areas and property on a regular basis.
- General maintenance and knowledge of building systems including but not limited to fire safety, boilers, plumbing, and electrical.
- Managing and organizing outside building contractors when required to complete repairs and maintenance work in the property.
- Must be able to shovel sidewalks and climb stairs
- Ability to Paint, or perform minor renovations would be an asset
- Also ability to complete other renovations will contribute to more hours

**Tenant Relations**:

- Manage all requests and concerns of existing residents in a professional and timely manner and dealing with any After Hour emergencies.
- Receive all rental inquiries and setting appointments to view available apartments.
- Present clean & available apartments while asking qualifying questions of potential residents with the goal of leasing to people that will make good neighbours

**Skills & Experiences Required**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong self-discipline and initiative.
- Dedication to cleanliness and being organized.
- Ability to handle demanding Tenants and situations.
- Previous experience an asset but will train motivated person(s) with great experiences.

Applicant must have a valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
