Food Service Production Worker Required

Please read full job description below

We are requiring someone to oversee and prepare our in-house sauces, as well as oversee the fast food restaurant operations. You will be responsible for the following:

- Preparing the required amount of sauces each day following our recipes and procedures.
- Washing, sanitizing all dishes required to make each sauce and keeping area clean and disinfected.
- Overseeing restaurant operations including assisting with the lunch rush, ensuring restaurant has enough stock and inventory, ensuring correct procedures and policies are being demonstrated and that customers are generally satisfied.
- Managing all restaurant staff including delegating specific jobs and/or training
- Reporting to the Operations Manager daily

**Requirements**:

- a minimum of two years in a fast food or restaurant setting, preparing food.
- a minimum of one year in a supervisory role
- Can read, write and speak English fluently
- Can lift a total of 25lbs comfortably (there is a lot of lifting in this position)
- Daytime availability required
- Must have a valid drivers license and own a car (location isnt easily accessed by bus)

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Food service: 2 years (required)
