Pilates Instructor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Pilates instructor** who is looking for a new challenge to expand the Pilates offerings at Agile. We are looking for Somebody who can go above and beyond the Pilates repertoire to lead a patient led practice to benefit the patient throughout their rehab.

Agile is a multi-disciplinary health clinic with therapist collaboration at its core. E focus on MSK rehab with practitioners working together on a client case to benefit the patient.

We have a team of enthusiastic and exceptional people who you would be joining. They collaborate to share knowledge and help improve our client’s goals to provide the best possible care for Victoria.

**You should have**:
A strong understanding of the Pilates fundamentalsUnderstand the importance of starting clients at the basics to ensure a strong and lifelong foundation.At least 1 year of Pilates instructor experience, ideally in a rehab 1-2-1 setting.Experience teaching mat classesExperience managing a case of 1-2-1 clients for both mat and equipment.

**Your goals in the first 12 months**

Successfully transition existing clients into your case loadsuccessfully take on the overflow caseload from our current instructor and collaborate & facilitate that hand overBuild your own 1-2-1 case loadEnsure the continuation of the existing beginner and Level 1 mat Pilates classes on Tuesday nightsExpand the class program with at least 1 additional class being started before the end of the year

**Salary**: $42.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
