- Markham location Operations of Commercial and Household goods, inclusive.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to customers with zero tolerance for service failures.
- Managing all operational staff and sub-contractors
- Ensuring Strict compliance to all regulatory, licensing and permit requirements under law
- Monitor Employee performance.
- Be fiscally accountable and responsible
- Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance to policy
- Assist with operations related management and customer reporting as required
- Order, set up and monitor all Third Party Services, ensuring quality services to AMJ quality standards and customer need
- Manage, monitor and reporting for all WSIB related injuries and claims, reporting immediately to management
- Set up customer files, ensuring all appropriate documentation is completed for billing purposes
- Responsible for collection of all inbound paperwork
- When appropriate establish all driver charge-backs and notify accounting
- Liaison with AMJ Central Operations for efficiency in resource deployment i.e. staff and equipment
- Work closely with Atlas Van Lines Operations, Canada and USA
- Assist with customer service issues relating to operations
- Provide guidance to warehouse - set up access in/out
- Work with and assist other Atlas Agents - Canada and USA
- Work closely and monitor established vendors ensuring services/products are compliant with FGI needs and specifications
- Answer all after hours calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person/area and /or assist immediately if able
- Manage and monitor CBSA Canada Border Services/Bond Maintenance
- Manage and monitor all in-bond shipments
- Assist with management directed projects and other duties as directed

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

**Benefits**:
