Analyst, Client Relationship Management
- The Client Relationship Management (CRM) team serves as the ambassador and primary relationship lead for IMCO’s institutional clients and prospect relationships. Given the critical importance of client partners to IMCO, the CRM team leads core organizational initiatives and activities to enhance the client experience and serves as the client voice and advocate within IMCO. The CRM team also builds and cultivates relationships with prospective institutional clients in Ontario’s public sector and oversees the onboarding and integration of new client relationships into IMCO.
- The Analyst will serve as a key member of our dynamic and high-performing CRM team. The incumbent will primarily work on strategic initiatives and projects focused on the client success pillar of IMCO’s five-year strategic plan. The role will include liaising with internal teams to coordinate the preparation of internal and client deliverables on client success initiatives and strategic projects that have client impacts, and other key deliverables on a wide range of IMCO investment strategies and end-to-end solutions. The role will support client-facing relationship managers and their engagement with IMCO’s institutional clients in order to enhance the overall client experience.
- As a Member of Our Team, You Will be Responsible For:
- Preparing key deliverables for client success initiatives and strategic projects that impact clients-
- Collaborating with IMCO teams to coordinate and produce workplans and other client deliverables such as accurate and timely investment, risk and performance reporting-
- Developing high quality presentation materials for client meetings and supporting senior relationship managers while interfacing with IMCO clients in both virtual and in person meetings-
- Staying on top of market developments while developing and maintaining a solid understanding of IMCO's range of investment, risk and operational offerings and solutions.-
- Gathering data and related information to quickly respond to client information requests.-
- Supporting senior relationship managers in client meetings, producing client meeting summary notes and assisting with action items and related follow-ups-
- Collaboratively working within the Client Relationship Management team to establish long-standing trusted advisor partnerships with institutional clients through IMCO’s CRM framework- What do you need to succeed?- A Bachelor degree with emphasis on Finance, Economics or a related discipline-
- Investment related designation such as CFA, CAIA etc. is preferred or working towards the designation-
- 2+ years of experience working within the investment industry or other relevant field-
- Institutional client relationship management experience within the investment industry or management/strategy consulting experience is preferred-
- Exceptional work ethic and strong attention to detail-
- Strong interest in the financial markets and investments-
- Experience working with and manipulating large, complex data sets-
- Knowledge of investment performance and risk concepts-
- Strong project management skills-
- Ability to translate information into meaningful client presentations is desirable-
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines-
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment-
- Strong relationship building, communication, and writing skills-
