CCS Contracting Ltd. is a leading trade contractor in Western Canada. We specialize in Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial Roofing, Cladding, and related Building Envelope Systems. Building envelope systems are constantly evolving to meet the needs of Canadian businesses and their energy management, aesthetic, and budget requirements.

CCS is currently looking for a project manager to add to our metal cladding management team. As a project manager in our cladding division, you would be responsible for overseeing projects from time of inception to completion to ensure that our work is completed on time and under budget while safely meeting or exceeding quality expectations and specifications.

As a cladding project manager, you will work towards becoming a specialist in a high demand sector of the construction industry that applies material and energy science along with problem solving and professional relationship skills to create a product that you can be proud of.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and understand Construction documents such as plans, specifications, addenda, and others.
- Read and understand Construction Contract terms and conditions.
- Read and understand estimates, budgets, and quotations.
- Prepare and review submittals, samples, and shop drawings.
- Review and prepare construction schedules and manage production to meet schedules.
- Material purchasing, procurement, and logistics.
- Equipment logistics.
- Review and Prepare Quality Control plans and manage on site quality control.
- Manage safety plans and requirements.
- Change management and problem solving.
- Budget updates and reporting.
- Client and vendor relations.
- Internal and External Schedule and Time Management.
- And more

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Construction Engineering Technology or similar is an asset but not a requisite.
- Experience in construction: Field level or management. Cladding and Building envelope experience is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Microsoft Project.
- Able to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
- Strong team player, self motivated.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Strong multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license. Access to a vehicle is an asset.
- Exceptional time management skills and problem solving
- Compliance with and attention to health and safety
