**Job Title: Associate, Hospital Sales**

This position is responsible for developing ongoing relationships with Hospitals, clinicians, and pharmacists, to further promote Hikma´s message as a transparent, connected, cooperative and clear partners and problem solvers for pharmaceutical supply. This role is instrumental in the development of revenue and contracted supply with hospitals and GPOs. As such, _this position will be responsible for achieving sales target, driving customer satisfaction, and managing customer expectations. The role will lead initiatives for sales and sourcing new opportunities within the Hospital market._

This position will report to Manager, Hospitals Canada

**Revenue Development**:

- Identify, evaluate, and assist in problem-solving Hospital drug supply opportunities
- Identify and secure off contract revenue opportunities such as shortages and supplier dissatisfaction

**Relationship Development**:

- Personal relationships are developed and engrained through frequent, transparent, cooperative communications to aid in the development of a trustworthy long-term corporate image amongst key hospitals, and health care authorities

**Leadership**:

- Manages selected Hospital accounts through the effective planning of communications, product launches and revenue growth. Identifies and analyses potential opportunities for Hikma promotions.
- Act as external consultant for customers and assist them is sourcing of any product from any company

**Product Launch**:

- Works as part of Sales operation team to ensure the successful launch of new products

**Industry Membership**:

- Involvement with industry (eg. CSHP) and related groups to promote Hikma´s corporate profile

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Degree in a technical discipline is required

**EXPERIENCE**:
(2+) years of hands-on experience within a Hospital setting such as pharmacy, nursing, purchasing etc.

**SKILLS**:
Project Management skills

Administration skills

Business Understanding skills

Mandatory French & English Communication skills

Pay: $120,000.00-$135,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
