*Qualifications*
- Management: 3 years (required)
- Proven ability to manage and lead others
- Competent team-builder with coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional business writing skills and a high level of proficiency working with computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Minimum of 3+ years of senior management experience in a Canadian setting
- Familiar with collective agreements, bargaining, grievance processes, performance management, Labour Standards and Work Safe B.C.
- Strong background and diversified skills in all aspects of human resources
- Financial management, AP, AR, budgets, expense control, payroll, benefit administration
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking
- Exceptional planning, organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the BC Strata Act and BC Labour Laws is an asset
- Knowledge of facilities management and municipal affairs is an asset
