**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a glazier in the commercial construction industry or completion of a two to three year apprenticeship program
- Previous experience in Foreman role is preferred
- Strong knowledge in construction industry and related activities is an asset
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

**What You Will Work On?**
- Oversee all aspects of Glazing work including but not limited to safety, housekeeping, and workmanship quality
- Prepare production and other reports
- Coordinate and schedule activities
- Train or arrange for training, Set up machines and equipment, Estimate costs and materials
- Read blueprints and drawings, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Resolve work related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
