Reporting to the Corporate Director for Strategy, and as a member of the Strategic Coordination Team (SCT), this position is responsible for leading the Covenant family’s Strategic Portfolio Management function. The Strategic Portfolio Lead will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership in the organization. Using their in-depth knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management practises, they will work closely with organizational leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration between the Covenant family’s strategic framework and our portfolio of strategic projects. The position is responsible for the design and implementation of a Strategic Portfolio Management strategy and governance framework. This will include oversight of the processes that support the prioritization, implementation and sustainability of strategic projects and programs across multiple portfolios. As a key member of the SCT, the Strategy Lead is involved across the range of strategic functions, including strategy monitoring and reporting and project management. This position requires a strong skill set in, corporate strategy, strategic thinking, strategic planning, customer service, stakeholder engagement, change management, and project management. The Strategy Lead ensures that all work is carried out in accordance with Covenant’s Mission, Values and Ethical Guidelines. This position is non-unionized.

**Required Qualifications**:
A minimum of completion of a post-secondary diploma in Business/Medical Administration is required.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Demonstrable experience with Strategic Portfolio Management. Ability to work independently with a minimum of direction or supervision. Experience in leadership and working with senior leaders. Experience and certification in project management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus in business. Certification in Strategic Portfolio Management.
