Centurion Canada Rentals & Service is an integrated rental and services supplier for drilling, completions, facilities, pipelines, forestry, construction, and government sectors. Our equipment and services include cranes, track hoe packages, wastewater and water management, power and lighting, combination units, remote security and communications, work camps and wellsite accommodation and heavy equipment.

Centurion CRS has an opportunity for a Manager of Sales and Marketing to join our group

The Manager of sales and Marketing, under the direction of the VP of Sales and Marketing, will primarily be responsible for supporting all sales functions and marketing operations. The individual will ensure that highly productive relationships and partnerships are maintained with customers and clients. The Manager of Sales and Marketing will work with the VP and sales team to develop and implement strategies that will encourage sales innovations and results.

This role is critical to the successful cross-flow of sales and marketing between rentals, service lines and divisions. This experience will bring challenges, rewards and opportunity

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong ability to implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Establish new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in all service lines that Centurion CRS serves.
- Knowledge and understanding of all product lines and how they are managed by operations to assist with quoting and solutions-based customer proposals.
- Provide leadership and support to the sales and marketing team.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the sales and marketing division.
- Ensure sales drive is well organized and sales contact lists are maintained.
- Manage and constructively resolve customer issues that may arise.
- Ensure safety, ethics and other legal compliance requirements are in alignment with company policies.
- Prepare forecasts and reports for the sales team and management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to understand upcoming sales and marketing projects, and evaluate sales strategy and results.
- Collaborate with management to develop ways to improve the customer experience, build brand loyalty and execute marketing strategies.
- Liaise with operations to provide business case for capex requests.
- Networking and conducting research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions.
- Willingness to travel within the province.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Management - Specialization in Marketing or equivalent.
- 10 years preferred in a sales/marketing/leadership role with a proven track record of generating new business and sustaining existing customer relationships/partnerships.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization (internal/external).
- Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in oil and gas, sales/ service
- related position.
- Presentation and customer relations skills.
- Strong ability to utilize CRM and Microsoft Suite.
