**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and cats.
- Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area to ensure a safe environment for pets.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming needs and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.
- Handle pets safely and comfortably, including those that may be anxious or difficult to manage.
- Lift and carry pets as needed, ensuring their safety during the grooming process.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger breeds or multiple pets.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care and well-being.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
