Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team at Diamond Asphalt Repair. You will be responsible for assisting with various Aspahlt Repair and Equipment Maintenance tasks on job sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions during the Summer months.

**Duties**:

- Assist with Road Repair, General Equipment Maintenance & Clean-Up, and other Job-Site Tasks.
- Operate equipment such as skidsteer and truck & utility trailers.
- Perform manual labor tasks including shoveling, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with cleaning and preparing job sites by removing debris and other materials
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Asphalt Road Repair or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to operate equipment or a 1A/3A license is considered an asset, but not required.
- Physically fit and able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent attention to detail, safety minded and ability to follow instructions

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
