We are a well-established commercial cleaning company seeking Janitorial and Commercial Cleaning Technicians on a full time and part time basis. We are looking for an individual who is passionate, organized and can work independently or in a team.

Skills required:

- Excellent customer service and English communication skills
- Must have experience working in a janitorial capacity and be able to meet the physical minimum requires (lift and carry 25lbs)
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, cleaning solutions and equipment
- Willingness to attend ongoing training sessions
- Valid drivers license is an asset
- Current police check and reference is required

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Emptying garbage and recycling bins
- Vacuuming carpets
- Sanitizing office surfaces
- Dusting office furniture
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and restocking supplies
- Cleaning kitchens and sanitizing surfaces

Cleaning in a construction environment as well as in finished buildings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: $15-18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear masks while working around others. Regular disinfecting is required of all equipment used.
