Status: 1 year contract (maternity leave)

The inventory analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of system data and inventories of stored products. He is responsible for carrying out analyzes of all inventory movements, making recommendations and implementing them. He carries out his duties by working in close collaboration with production and various company stakeholders.

Operating in a stimulating work environment, your responsibilities will be as follows:
**Inventory management**
- Track inventory transactions in the ERP system, reconcile and make adjustments
- Analyze inventory tracking reports
- Is responsible for the annual inventory
- Is responsible for carrying out cyclical accounts
- Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify corrective measures and monitor indicators
- Manage and reconcile warehouse inventory (internal, external)
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare production work orders and follow up until closing

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- DEC in logistics, administration or university certificate in operations management
- 2 years of experience in a high volume inventory management and analysis position
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of ERP systems
