**Job description**

**Job purpose**

Responsible for stacking and piling crackers into their correct containers and preparing them for palettization using various equipment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in work area.
- Packaging of quality bakes products into a variety of packaging formats..
- Require to visually inspect the flow of product through various stages of the packaging process.
- Alternate duties such as sweeping, light equipment cleaning will be assigned as required.
- Require rotating through the various packaging workstations on all packaging lines.
- Require having good hand - eye coordination.
- Able to lift 5-10 lb boxes and stacking them on a pallet
- Responsible for ensuring that the work they perform meets the Company’s finished product “Quality” expectations.
- Complete changeovers including in depth equipment cleans.
- Require working “Independently” as well as in a “Team” environment.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to follow written and verbal communication.
- Must have a good understanding of the English language.
- Must be able to lift 5-10 lb.
- Great attention to detail with accuracy.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Working conditions**_
- Always work indoors.
- May be exposed to very hot temperatures from ovens.
- May work close to others, usually within a few feet.
- Usually wear safety equipment such as gloves, hair nets, and beard nets.
- Straight shift work.
- **Physical requirements**_
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Repeat the same movement.
- Bend or twist their body.
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel products.
