Customer Service Associate / Cashier

We are looking to hire someone to work during the summer period. Excellent opportunity for a student. Many allophone customers who speak only Armenian or only Greek.

Opening hours of the pharmacy:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 8:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Operate a Loto-Quebec terminal
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service to customers
- Basic technical sales knowledge to assist customers with product selection

Pay: From $15.75 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Work Location: In person
