Night Concierge

**Responsibilities for Concierge - night shift, 9:30 p.m. to 9:30 a.m.**
- Answer phone inquiries from residents and potential guests in a respectful manner
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
- Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc. using a computer based platform
- Ensure that lobby area is clean and tidy at all times
- Act as a liaison between residents, contractors and guests
- Maintain inventory of supplies and advise management of new stock as needed

**Qualification for Concierge**
- 2+ years of previous concierge/security experience with valid security licence
- Well spoken
- Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Must have a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every resident feel valued
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
- Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends, 12 hour shifts
