Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Montreal. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as PM / PCO.

**Your main responsibilities**:
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
Negotiate with partners and external suppliers to ensure that contracts are favorable and that commitments are met
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external suppliers
Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and that all deliverables are of high quality
Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools
Manage risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies
Support the Program Director in managing the overall program

**Qualifications**:
Strong project management skills with experience in managing fixed-price mandates, negotiating with partners, and managing project follow-ups
Excellent negotiating and partnership skills
Proficient in financial management and contract management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
