**THE ROLE**
The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting to include sourcing strategies to support excellence in hiring. Responsibilities include:

- Establish recruiting plans to ensure emerging practices in areas of recruitment and selection and workforce analytics support Appleby’s staffing and hiring needs
- Conduct full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and providing meaningful input into hiring decisions
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships and employees.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position and create job descriptions and postings
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Utilize applicant tracking system.
- Prepare and compile administrative documents such as reference checks and pertinent credentials to support hire
- Participate in and support the onboarding process for new employees.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Post-Secondary Education
- Experience conducting full-cycle recruitment
- Exceptional skills on MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of behavioral based interview process
- Must maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Innovative thinker, able to use and develop new sources for recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated skills in pipeline management in an Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar environment
