We are seeking a Level 2 Insurance Advisory professional to join our dynamic team in based out of our Yaletown location. As an Insurance Broker, Service, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized and comprehensive insurance solutions to our valued clients, ensuring their peace of mind and financial protection.
**Key Accountabilities**:
**KA1** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing exceptional customer service. You will be working with our high-performing team supporting our top-end brokers.
**KA2** Conduct thorough assessments of client's insurance requirements, analyze their existing coverage, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to address their unique needs
**KA3** Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and policy adjustments promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company guidelines.
**KA4** Assist clients in the claims process, acting as a reliable point of contact and guiding them through the necessary steps to ensure a seamless claims experience.
**KA5** Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively educate and advise clients on available coverage options.
**KA6** Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products that align with the client's needs, increasing customer satisfaction and company revenue.
**KA7** Maintain accurate and organized client files, ensuring all interactions and transactions are properly documented in compliance with company policies and procedures.
**KA8** Collaborate with a team of insurance professionals, sharing knowledge, providing support, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
**Qualifications and Competencies**:
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent on the job experience
- **2+ years’ experience in the insurance industry, in personal and/or commercial lines insurance**:
- **Must have either your General Insurance License Level 2 (or higher) in British Columbia or Alberta and be willing to obtain a license for whichever province your current license not already held.**:
- Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others and providing personalized insurance solutions tailored to our clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively within a team to achieve shared goals while fostering a positive and supportive work culture.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
