**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

1. Customer Service
- Greet all visitors promptly and provide superior customer service.
- Assist customers with scheduling lessons/appointments, processing payments, and selling products.
- Prepare and serve refreshments, including coffee, tea, and water.

2. Administrative Tasks
- Input and update data in scheduling software, including registration forms, contact information, and payment details.

3. Schedule Maintenance

a. Reconcile the studio’s online booking platform calendar with the studio calendar through the internal scheduling software.

b. Inform staff about cancellations and new registrations.

c. Attempt to reschedule clients to eliminate schedule gaps when possible.

d. Review client accounts before the end of their lessons to check for outstanding balances and collect payment.

4. Studio Maintenance

a. Thoroughly wipe all surfaces to maintain cleanliness, empty trash bins, clean and replenish supplies in the washroom, wash dishes, and sweep, vacuum, and/or mop floors as needed. Periodically clean all windows and glass surfaces to ensure a sparkling studio environment.

5. Financial Review

a. Review all client accounts to identify outstanding balances.

b. Send invoices reminders to overdue accounts.

c. Keep record of outstanding accounts post-month-end to ensure they do not enter arrears.

6. Other Tasks

a. Participate in meetings with studio director and creative team.

b. Help plan for performances, concerts, and student recitals.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree received in a related field within the previous 12 months (e.g., administration or music business).
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software for managing schedules and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems.
- Available to work afternoon/evenings on weekdays and daytime/afternoon on Saturdays.
- **Important Note**:_ Applicant must be a recent graduate (last 12 months) from a post-secondary education centre in a related field.

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
