**Sommaire du position**
- Dirige l'organisation Qualité chez Bausch Health Laval et est directement responsable de la qualité et de la conformité CGMP du site en partenariat avec la direction du site.
- Fournit un leadership en matière de qualité à l'organisation canadienne de Qualité Commerciale (Affilié/Distribution), en veillant à ce que les produits commercialisés sur le marché canadien respectent les exigences de distribution et de commercialisation sur le marché canadien.
- Fournit un leadership en matière de qualité à l'équipe canadienne de Bausch External Manufacturing QA (EMQA), assurant la continuité de l'approvisionnement des produits fabriqués pour Bausch Health via un réseau de fabricants sous contrat externes.
- Conduit l'amélioration continue du système de gestion de la qualité du site afin d'atteindre et de maintenir l'efficacité, l'efficience et la conformité des opérations.

**Responsabilités clés**
- Fournit la vision stratégique et le leadership dans tous les aspects des Opérations Qualité, y compris les dimensions de l'Assurance Qualité, des Systèmes Qualité, de la Conformité et du Contrôle Qualité.
- Gère activement le développement et la mise en œuvre de processus qualité robustes et conformes de bout en bout, assurant le respect de toutes les exigences réglementaires applicables.
- Institue une culture de performance, d'amélioration continue et de qualité dans toute l'organisation et développe des indicateurs applicables pour suivre la performance et l'efficacité des opérations.
- Dirige les activités quotidiennes de disposition des produits, de gestion des non-conformités, d'enquêtes OOS et d'escalades, de réclamations qualité produit, de gestion du contrôle des modifications, etc.
- Responsable de la gestion de la qualité des fournisseurs et des activités de libération des produits fabriqués en externe.
- Fournit une expertise en matière de conformité qualité et un soutien aux projets de R&D et de transfert de produits (entrant et sortant).
- Importateur officiel et titulaire d'autorisation de mise sur le marché pour les produits commercialisés au Canada.
