**Our expectations**

The Analyst, Merchandise Analytics’ primary mandate is to create tools and reports to support Merchandising decisions. The incumbent will leverage advanced analytics and problem-solving skills to interpret large data sets and translate them to actionable outputs.

**Your role**
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business performance drivers, metrics, and data sources to identify best approach to execute analyses or design models
- Design and develop reports to improve understanding of financial performance and operational execution
- Design and build tools to capture business inputs, automate standard tasks, and provide an integrated view of performance
- Manage or lead integration of analytics into scaled tools, partnering with Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional business partners
- Prepare ad hoc analyses to support special projects
- Continuously improve and maintain reporting models and tools to respond to business changes

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
- Proficiency with SQL, PowerQuery
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to operate in ambiguity
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to consolidate, analyze, and effectively communicate complex data
