All maintenance mechanics are signatory to Local Union 787 and will receive wages and benefits as
prescribed by the current collective agreement.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Respond to and complete all work orders such as filter replacement, belt replacement, verify

condition of equipment, pressure washing coils, checking heat exchangers,
- Document all tasks performed based on original work order.
- Communicate any issues observed on-site with team members as required.
- Pick up material from vendors
- Create and submit quotes for repair work
- Other duties as assigned by manager

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a valid G2 certificate by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA).
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- 1-2 years previous Maintenance Technician experience would be an asset.
- Must have the ability to anticipate work needs and follow through on a given task with mínimal

direction.
- Display strong interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy.
- Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Other certification such as WHIMIS, working at heights may be required
- Personal hand tools required.
