Coast Mountain Geological in combination with Fireweed Metals is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual based in the Yukon territory for a seasonal site-based role. Reporting to the Site Operations Managers, you will support the daily operations of our exploration and development activities in the 2024 season with key accountabilities in logistics coordination, site administration, and procurement support. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a best-in-class team and help build out the next big story.

**Responsibilities**:
The position will:

- Inventory control, including offloading trucks and receiving planes.
- Camp and Health and Safety inventory management
- Support on-boarding processes for site staff, including loading individuals into site systems, managing sign-on documentation, and conducting necessary follow-ups with workers.
- Greet employees at site airstrip and help them check into their camp rooms, shuttle workers, communicate to cooks/medics of any dietary restrictions, and organize people for outbound flights.
- Manage onsite room bookings
- Manage Whitehorse accommodation bookings
- Support procurement tasks, including researching and purchasing necessary supplies and equipment as directed by the site team.
- Take notes during virtual meetings and assist with tracking follow-up actions.
- Flight and field crew tracking.
- Other responsibilities as assigned or required
- Previous experience in remote site operations (within the exploration or mining industry is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Key Skills: organization and time management, written and verbal communication, attention to detail and strong problem-solving.
- Valid drivers license and First Aid level 1 (minimum)
- Willingness to live and work in a remote camp setting
- Demonstrate a positive and adaptable attitude in an ever-changing highly demanding work environment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or additional education is a plus).
- Previous experience in remote site operations (within the exploration or mining industry is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Key Skills: organization and time management, written and verbal communication, attention to detail and strong problem-solving.
