As a young and thriving real estate management company for over 10 years, Kasbastays specialized in boutique hotel featuring fully furnished accommodation for short and mid stay rentals —and managing over 200 units and 5 hotels in Downtown Montreal.

We are dedicated to offer to our guest a seamless and self service experience by cutting the codes of traditional hospitality without compromise on the quality a hotel.

AT Kasbastays YOU WILL:

- Manage client’s registration and payment processing
- Guide guests through the Kasbastays experience, ensuring they have an amazing first impression
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with maintenance team minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g., upholstery stain removal, access to units, wifi connectivity )
- Coordinate with housekeeping inventory checks to ensure that hospitality standards are met consistently
- Answer client feedback

**REQUIREMENTS**

- Guest-centric and positive mindset
- Flexible schedule and is open to working weekends (35-40h /week) Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and by telephone
- Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing, always challenging startup environment
- Comfort with working on computer and on different platform with rapidly shifting priorities
- Skills and Ability to learn and master multiple software systems;
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
- Comfort in independent problem solving with the humility to ask for help when needed
- Unintimidated by using mobile apps while in the field for team collaboration and communication

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
