We’re looking for a **Grinder/Pad Washer**to join our Specialty Products division in **London, Canada**, on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to become part of a collaborative team in a busy and dynamic environment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Use a variety of **tools and equipment** to grind, clean, and finish castings, ensuring they meet dimensional specifications.
- Operate **overhead cranes** to safely move castings and manage materials effectively.
- Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized, prioritizing safety at every step.
- Collaborate with your supervisor to identify and address any quality or safety issues.
- Bring your energy and ideas to help improve processes and support Bradken’s **safety, quality, and productivity goals**.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience with grinding and finishing techniques, ideally in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
- A commitment to working safely and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with overhead crane operation is a plus, but we’ll provide training if needed.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
