Island Premier Contracting is a Parksville based construction company servicing both commercial and residential clients. We offer new construction, renovations and tenant improvements. We specialize in internal and external residential repairs and as such deal with homeowners on a day to day basis. Cleanliness, attitude and ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction is paramount.

**Job description**

Island Premier Contracting (IPC) is looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the Central Vancouver Island region.

What you will do:

- Exteriors: Siding, Decks, Vinyl, Hardy, Fencing, Roofing and Concrete
- Interior renovations: Kitchens, Bathrooms, Additions
- Finishing Carpentry: Trim, Drywall, Paint, Doors and Windows.
- Commercial: framing, and remodels.

What you will bring:

- Some experience in construction and basic carpentry tools
- Ability to understand and follow safe work procedures
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
- Highly dependable, with excellent attendance and punctuality
- An eye for detail
- Willing to take direction
- Positive Attitude
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
