**Job Description**:
As a Brow & Lash Technician Extraordinaire, you will be an integral part of our exceptional team, offering top-notch lash extensions and styling services to our discerning clientele. Your artistic skills and keen attention to detail will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their dream lash looks, while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform consultations with clients to determine their desired lash style and tailor lash designs to their unique preferences.
- Demonstrate mastery in various lash techniques, including classic, hybrid, and volume, to accommodate diverse client needs.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance to extend the longevity of their lash extensions.
- Stay current with industry trends, new lash products, and techniques to continuously improve your skillset and offer innovative lash designs.
- Provide clean and sculpted brow waxing, shaping, tinting and lamination
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, showcasing your professionalism and commitment to excellence.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel relaxed, valued, and delighted with their lash experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Brow and Lash Technician, with a strong portfolio showcasing your lash designs and expertise.
- Knowledge of different lash types, styles, and adhesive options, and the ability to recommend the best choices for each client.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to consult and connect with clients to understand their lash goals.
- High attention to detail and artistic flair, delivering flawless and customized lash designs for each individual.
- Dedication to maintaining a clean and safe workspace, following all sanitation protocols.
