Our exterior maintenance division is led by a team of seasoned SPRAT Level 3 professionals, boasting over three decades of collective experience in the rope access industry. Backed by Cleantech’s expansive facilities services company, we operate from a state-of-the-art office facility & extensive equipment warehouse featuring a dedicated rope training area.Responsibilities:

- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and coach our Rope Access Technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- **Project Management**: Oversee project execution, manage resources effectively, and maintain budget adherence to meet client expectations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Set and maintain high standards for performance, conduct inspections, and drive corrective actions as needed.
- **Communication**: Maintain open lines of communication with team members and management to align project goals and objectives.
- **Equipment Management**: Manage equipment maintenance, inspections, and inventory to support operational needs.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.

**What You Bring**:

- Level 3 Rope Access certification from IRATA or SPRAT.
- 5+ years of experience in high-rise window cleaning and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in technical and safety aspects.
- Passion for team development and a commitment to fostering a strong safety culture.
- Proactive approach to optimizing operations and enhancing client satisfaction.
