- Ability to handle physical demands of this position
- Responsibility for the overall cleanliness of the hotel
- Flexibility to work shift work, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate over a phone is a must
- Team player
- Previous experience is an asset
- Must take pride in work area, sanitation practices
