Reporting to the Business Services Manager, the Business Financial Services Officer works in close collaboration with the account managers. They perform clerical, operational, and sales support activities, contributing to the offer and delivery of services to the business members served by the Caisse.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the Commercial Account Managers and Business Services Advisors to coordinate activities defined by the financing needs of business members;
- Perform sales support activities to finalize the delivery of business financing services;
- Enter financial statements, prepare contractual and legal documents, complete financing offers, and prepare documents to be sent to the notary;
- Proceed with the consultation and registration in the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RPMRR), at the request or release of a loan and disbursing of a loan;
- Obtaining the documents allowing for disbursements and integration of data allowing for activation under the agreed upon terms;
- Proceed with the opening of corporate members’ accounts;
- Identify business opportunities with business members and refer them to the Commercial Account Managers;
- Participate, as needed, in certain business development activities with companies, partners, and service centres;
- Ensure that files are complete and compliant with deadlines, quality standards, and prescribed internal control standards.
**Sought Profile**
Education: College diploma in office administration
AND/OR Experience: 1 year experience in financial services or office administration
Main skills:
- Proficient in both official languages (oral and written);
- Interpersonal communication skills;
- Demonstrate professional rigour and attention to detail;
- Time management skills;
- Demonstrate a strong ability to learn on the job;
- Familiarity with the composition of financial statements, as well as loans and warranty contracts;
- Familiarity with all products and services for businesses;
- Familiarity with the philosophy and operation of a financial services cooperative and the operational procedures related to financing and sales support activities.

Compensation: According to the N4 level ($41,520 - $51,288) of the current salary scale
