We are looking for a full time Cast Urethan Production (CUP) Technician to join our Winnipeg based team.
- Handle materials including mixing, casting, trimming, spin-casting
- Manage in-process mold and parts inspection
- Prime and properly handle metal inserts
- Setup new molds
- Create independent one of a kind casting
- Make prototypes and out of production requests for SHRED activities when required
- Mentor level 1 technicians
- Minimum high school diploma
- 1 year experience with basic shop tools or technical training is essential with preference being given to those who have worked in an ISO environment
- Basic knowledge of hardware
- Able to operate digital scales
- Able to follow directions
- Assist in minimizing waste and meeting production deadlines
- Strong and confident communication skills in English
- Solid problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- shop: 1 year (preferred)
