**Job Description: Head Bartender**

As our Head Bartender, you'll be more than just a mixologist; you'll be a leader, innovator, and the driving force behind our bar program. We're seeking a professional with a passion for craft cocktails and a deep understanding of beverage trends. Your creativity and expertise will not only enhance our menu but also elevate our guests' experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Training, and supervising bar staff.
- Creating work schedules and managing shifts.
- Providing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Developing training programs and resources.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Overseeing bar setup, cleanliness, and organization.
- Ensure that all recipes and pars are being followed.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
- Interacting with customers to enhance their experience. Monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback
- Handling complaints and ensuring customer retention.
- Developing promotions and special events. Planning and executing marketing initiatives.
- Create new cocktails.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and audits.
- Minimizing waste and controlling shrinkage.
- Implementing inventory management systems (MarketMan)
- Negotiating with suppliers for best pricing and terms.
- Provide ongoing training to staff on product knowledge and service standards.
- Encouraging and fostering professional growth among team members.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with alcohol licensing laws and regulations.
- Keeping records and documentation as required by law.
- Staying informed about changes in regulations.
- Training staff on responsible alcohol service and legal requirements.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to create cocktails and other drinks.
- Garnish drinks appropriately and present them attractively to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including countertops, equipment, and glassware.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks and maintenance of equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the drink menu, including ingredients, recipes, and pricing.
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and taste.
- Work collaboratively with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the bar.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate orders and maintain efficiency.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.
