Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Mississauga site is looking for a new Warehouse Applications Technician to join our Contract Logistics team.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Consolidating customer orders into pick lists (Wave coordination)
- Customer-specific computer processes (IE. Cell phone activation procedures)
- Liaison between warehouse employees and IT Superusers
- Respond knowledgeably and courteously to incoming calls and customer inquiries;
- Communicate with customer and customer suppliers;
- Responsible for managing claims and investigation follow ups;
- Assist other Customer Service Representatives in daily tasks;
- Expedite rush order requests and follow up;
- General administration task in supporting shipment document flow;
- Work with Supervisor and Management team to enhance service levels;
- Coordinate Shipments additional shipments with transport department;

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Ability to manage high call and business process volumes
