Burlington, Canada Jobsite Industrial Rental Services Full time

Jobsite Industrial Rental Services have an immediate opening for a Project Manager, operating from our Burlington location. This is a fast paced and detail oriented position, responsible for supporting our operations team as well as completing other key duties. Working as part of our Jobsite team, you will play a key role in the success and ultimate growth of our operations throughout our entire network. Your support of not only our corporate staff, but our entire national network will enable our team to focus on execution for our customers.

- Hybrid role, offering support and coverage
- Maintain Inventory (tools and consumables)
- Scan tools appropriately to ensure accuracy
- Update user lists and tool databases
- Send accurate missing tool lists and reports to client’s senior leadership
- Support Turnarounds and special projects for jobsite
- Manage overall project delivery for clients;
- Ensure all projects are aligned with Jobsite goals and standards;
- Work directly with clients and customers, ensuring/maintaining the highest level of customer service;
- Oversee project deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and critical milestones;
- Help provide solutions to meet client expectations and project deliverables;
- Manage vendor relationships specific to project delivery;
- Support a positive work environment by working co-operatively with customer and employee teams;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time with competing priorities;
- Manage/schedule Jobsite employees for onsite work, mobilization, and de-mobilization;
- Must be willing and able to travel for long periods of time.

**Key Qualifications**
- Proficiency/prior experience with Systematics would be considered an asset;
- Bilingualism in French/English would be considered an asset;
- Technical aptitude of industrial equipment and operations would be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $31.00-$33.00 per hour
