**The opportunity**:
**The qualifications and experience we’re looking for**:

- Completion of a graduate degree in a health-related field.
- Experience with all phases of carrying out a research project; both qualitative and quantitative health research.
- Experience with data collection, individual open-ended interviews, writing, patient recruitment for clinical trials, working with other students (medical students and medical residents).
- Experience in conducting quantitative or qualitative research in social services or health care environments.
- Experience using statistical and other computer software related to word processing for data collection or organization.
- Must be familiar with confidentiality and security issues related to research essential.
- Must have experience using statistical and other computer software related to word processing and data management (e.g., Microsoft Office, SPSS, Reference Management System - Zotero).
- Must have experience with literature searches and retrieval, as well as grant writing.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others is required.
- Good organizational skills required.
- Must be able to work within time and budget constraints.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential, with academic and non-academic individuals is required.
- Ability and willingness to learn new processes and techniques is required.
- Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- WINNIPEG, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
