**What you will do**:

- Ensure inventory is physically separated and organized according to item status.
- Coordinate and verify counts of incoming merchandise
- Ensure day to day transactions are accurately processed to ensure team members have necessary paperwork to complete the sale.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is well maintained.
- Effectively coordinate and allocate inventory to employees to meet shifting needs of the business.
- Maintain both physical and electronic inventory levels
- Assist team members with issues regarding inventory and orders
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Provide support to inventory coordinator.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Essential Responsibilities & Minimum Qualifications**
- Responds to incoming calls regarding orders, order changes, return authorizations & warranties, and product information and availability.
- Responds to general questions and resolves a diverse range of issues involving pricing, product availability, inventory, transportations, and product delivery.
- Provides courteous and professional service to internal and external customers.
- Manages assigned accounts by ensuring orders are entered accurately and confirmed to the customer in a timely manner.
- Audits open orders and provide timely responses to resolve discrepancies.
- Acts as a liaison between clinicans and other departments as required to meet account goals and directives.
- Detailed knowledge of commonly used customer service concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Exceptional communications skills: clear and articulate in both verbal and written form.
- Proven ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and external customers.
- Attention to detail and high regard for follow-through.
- Ability to multi-task using a computer, telephone, and with competing priorities.

- Receives delivered supplies, materials; confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc. and completes all necessary documentation and computer entry for stock items received.
- Manually getting stock items from multiple sources locations which are specified in Work Order documents, in advance of issuance; completes all necessary work for stock items issued.
- Ensures that all stores/inventory areas are clean, tidy and clear of clutter.
- Organizes and maintains stock room and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.
- Maintains labeling system on each stock item, manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned.
- Utilizes inventory management software to properly account for issues, returns, receipts of new materials/stock items and associated back orders; inputs essential data on all materials; adheres to strict inventory management procedures in this regard.
- Conducts inventory management; counting of inventory on hand based upon expectation that all items are counted on agreed upon frequency.
- Assists the purchasing role and finance team in determining minimum stock levels and triggering re-orders.
- Answers calls and correspondence relating to inventory and stock.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with others and contribute to a successful te
