Description d'emploi:
Reporting to the (CISO, InfoSec Leader), Information Security, the Manager, Cyber Security Program is responsible for coordinating the delivery of all security projects and contributions to business projects, establishing and maintaining a close relationship with all business units, identifying security needs throughout the organization and establishing strategic security planning.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop the security program delivery strategy and align it with the priorities of InfoSec and its business partners (CCX, CMI, Breezeline and CGO)-
- Develop the strategy for contributing to the business project of each BU-
- Develop project strategy for alignment with regulatory and legal obligations-
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of security projects / contributions (ensure close monitoring of obligations and commitments (KPI-KRI-ROI)), monitor budgets and Risks-
- DLP, EPP-EDR, MDM-UDM, GIA, Micro-Segmentations, SOC-2.0, CASB. Privacy, Cyber Insurance-
- Coordinate the CERT program with senior leaders-
- Establish and develop a close relationship with the change agent and trusted business enabler business units-
- Collaborate with the managers and project offices of the various business units-
- Define and monitor the interdependencies between security projects and IT projects-
- Identify new security needs in business units and align with the ‘InfoSec Journey’-
- Coordinate with Security Managers in charge of Cogeco business units-
- Manage and support the development of resources to maintain a high level of competence and leadership to support security initiatives-
- Support Security managers in the management of contributions and the resolution of issues (Internal and external verifications)-
- Manage delivery capacity and prioritize contributions and coordination with other departments. Helps identify gaps and suggests solutions-
- Establish strategic planning based on the needs of business units and the evolution of threats, 3-year plan-
- Act as a leader both in terms of the delivery of security projects / contributions-
- Identify issues and find solutions in complex environments-
- Prepare and produce activity reports and management dashboards-
- Constantly collaborate with InfoSec's risk and governance management, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Office, ERM-
- Participate in meetings and management committees-
- Follow the evolution of technologies and act as an actor of change-
- Support management decisions and the strategic security plan-
- Manage budgets for each project, produce business plans as neededESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

ACADEMIC TRAINING- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Security or Management (Or equivalent experience)WORK EXPERIENCE- 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or control, including 2 years in Information Security-
- 5 years of experience in the use of project management framework-
- 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity insurance management-
- 2 years of experience in management or coordination of matrix teams (preferably in international companies but optional)- SPECIFIC SKILLS- Strong experience in project planning and coordination-
- Strong skills in interpersonal relations, communication and organization-
- Strong ability to convince and motivate-
- Extensive work experience in the field of security-
- Experience in the field of security with government organizations (Canada & US)-
- Ability to handle complex technical and/or interpersonal issues-
- Ability to be creative in resolving issues-
- Ability to practice diplomacy and negotiation-
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion with confidential information-
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects-
- Good oral and written communication skills- English and Bilingual French would be an asset
